Position Name:Bilingual Project Lead – SAP FICO
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Portfolio – Accountable for managing and Delivery of major program.
- Leadership: Motivate & drive teams to develop delivery strategy and deliver high quality services. Establish, coach, influence, guide & drive teams to bring in behavioral transformations toward achieving the goals.
- Customer Focus: Understand customer priorities and business context, and be able to recommend the right delivery/operating model. Engage customer stakeholders at various levels – Project level, program level effectively from delivery / project perspective.
- Business Focus : Understand customer business landscape and engage customers at the business level and showcase value to customers through innovations, suggestions & aligning delivery priorities.
- Organization Design & Development: Design & establish delivery organization & governance that can scale, be agile & effective and support revenue growth.

Qualifications:
- Hold valid Japan work permit and Japan residence card.
- Currently reside in Japan and can have face to face interviews at Tokyo Office.
- Minimum of 5 year experience in leading and delivering large scale experience in leading large scale SAP FICO based support & enhancement projects, preferably airline related.
- A proven, successful track record of onsite project lead support working with Japanese customers and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong command of Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2).
- Good command of English (TOEIC 850 or above).
- Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively
SAP Skillset:
- FI: GL classical GL, SL, AP, AR, AA, AA- Lease Softes Ad-on, investment grant.
- CO: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Activity-Based Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- FSCM: loan , bond etc.
- Interface : FTP, IDOC
- JP1 scheduling, Shell, Cobol, Java, C for interface
