Solution Architect

Job Description:
Engage with client's technical and business teams. Develop deep understanding of customers'
Business goals and objectives
existing technology landscape
Roadmap & future state
Collaborate with Account & Delivery managers to identify new opportunities, shape it, jointly ideate and bring out differentiators
Drive creation of solution architecture, Technical roadmap for the identified opportunities, present them to business/technical leadership, applying consultative selling
Participate in workshops and ideation sessions with external and internal stakeholders
Participate in technology forums and leverage product engineering connects to increase new technology / feature leverage across engagements
Create POCs / Pilot to show case solutioning / ideas & innovation for existing and prospective customers

Profile Expectations:
Breadth and depth of experience in Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence domain and technologies. Exposure to large, complex enterprise applications landscape.
Proven experience in Understanding business needs, priorities and pain points
Technical pre-sales experience required
Translating customer needs into capability / solution requirements
Solutioning conceptual, logical and technical solutioning & architecture design. Specialization in Data, Reporting, Analytics
Strong, hands-on experience with data and analytics technologies. Microsoft stack is preferable
Ability to articulate business requirements, capabilities & competencies, product/solution features, and technology aspects
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Demonstrates technical thought leadership and domain / industry knowledge

10+ years of relevant experience technology, role
Preferred location: Seattle / Redmond area
Prior experience working with Microsoft is a plus
Ability and willingness to coordinate with customer, onsite and offshore teams

Tech skills
Must have: Azure Data lake, Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services, Power BI, Azure SQL, ADF, Azure Databricks, breadth of knowledge of Azure Cloud, data modeling & solution design, DevOps Github, ADO
Good to have: Enterprise architecture, Power Platform, Python, Spark, AI & ML, Cognitive Service
