We are currently working with a new to market Global Asset Management firm who are looking to hire a Senior Client Relations Associate to join their team in Dublin. This role will involve servicing clients across mutiple geographic regions and a variety of client categories, from their direct segregated accounts to their wider distribution partners and intermediary clients, and generally supporting the wider client relations effort.
Role Duties Include:
- Acting as ageneralist client service resource across multiple client channels and geographic regions
- Respond to and manage client requests in an accurate and timelymanner, workingefficiently with other teams as needed toreach resolution
- Working with the broader team, contribute to the dissemination of accurate and timelyportfolio reporting and relation information about the firm and its investment capabilities
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all investor and prospect interactions arerecorded in the CRM system in atimely manner
Requirements
- More than 8-10 years experience in investment andfinance, preferably in a client service
- Proactive and determined
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines in a high volume, deadline driven environment
- A personal interest in sustainability challenges and/or impact investing
- Strong MS Windows applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
