On behalf of a rapidly expanding real estate asset management firm in Dublin city centre, we are looking to hire a Senior Finance Analyst.
Having recently raised new equity, significant acquisition plans are in place, looking at opportunistic, value add, core plus and debt investments. Our client is looking to hire a dedicated Senior Finance Analyst that will deliver on various financial reporting and analysis requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Managing weekly liquidity and consolidation of property accounting
- Internal reporting, results analytics and ownership of the budgeting process
- Assisting with the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting package and support schedules
- Detailed analysis and financial reporting of portfolio performance
- Assisting with high profile transactions, including equity offerings and debt transactions
- Assisting with the preparation of board reporting
Requirements
- Recently/ newly Qualified Accountant with 0-2 years PQE
- Ideally trained in Big 4with experience auditing real estate/ funds/ private equity clients
- Experience reviewing and/ or preparing financial statements under IFRS (essential)
- Commercial analysis skills and ability to budget and forecast
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work alongside senior leaders internally
