Description:

• Inexperienced IT people who want to do business in the IT industry and want to accumulate skills will be trained at a cloud bilingual call center and receive OJT for 3 to 6 months to become infrastructure engineers. It will be a project to do.
• After completing the training, as an OJT, we will respond to technical inquiries about Microsoft 365, etc., mainly from major companies in Japan and overseas. After that (after 3 to 6 months), you will be active as an infrastructure engineer belonging to each base at your resident location. After solving various problems and acquiring IT skills, in the future, as an infrastructure engineer, you will be challenged by various infrastructure maintenance and construction work.

Qualifications:

• Those who have experience working in call centers such as technical support.
• Those who are motivated to learn about IT infrastructure technology and want to play an active role as an engineer
• Those who are comfortable with communication such as answering the phone
• Those who can communicate smoothly(Telephone support, email support, document creation, etc.)

Languages:Business-level Japanese (equivalent to N2) and English (equivalent to TOEIC 700)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Those who have been engaged in proposal sales of OA equipment and solutions and understand the concept of IT infrastructure.
• Those who can work with an emphasis on teamwork
• Those who can be active
