This position will be based in Switzerland - Rolle. In this role, you will report to the BMS Europe Business development manager and you will be coordinating and running marketing research and activities across multiple verticals/segments and channels in Europe.

You will work collaboratively with all the Business Development Managers, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing teams and the local Sales teams in Europe to support the delivery of the growth target verticals/Segments.

Tasks

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct research to understand government incentives or regulations affecting or supporting the market segments growth plan, identifying the key influencers in each market. Help Business development leaders to become go to expert in their vertical/segment
• Coordinates and develop the competitive intelligence process and inputs across verticals/segments - value proposition (offers, pricing, activities) and competition differentiation. Establish robust relationships with local sales and offering team to gather and cascade learnings
• Own the reporting across segment/verticals, ensure it provides comprehensive understanding of the business situation, supporting monthly management reviews, or on ad hoc basis based on business needs, or during planning processes (Annual Objectives Plan, Strategic Planning for example)
• Coordinate with Customer Marketing to prepare impactful events, campaigns and sales collaterals (ppt, video, webinars, etc), and trainings. Provide briefs, follows results, and work with Communication team to improve here needed.
• Provide ad hoc support to Business development leaders, and lead specific projects or initiatives based on business needs

Requirements

Sales&marketing degree/MBA in progress on top of engineering bachelor

Excellent analytical skills, great attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (German or French will be a plus)

Curious, dynamic, fast learner, capable of engaging others to solve issues or get results, while being able to work independently
