Tasks

For a leader in the telecom market we are looking for Romanian speakers that help customers via inbound calls for a known telecom provider. No technical expertise is required as our customer invests heavily in (paid) training sessions.

Requirements

• You have experience in a similar position.
• You have a sense of responsibility.
• You are customer-oriented (both internally and externally).
• You are proactive, decisive and easily make decisions.
• You have strong analytical skills and are result-oriented.
• You are creative, innovative, driven and stress resistant.
• You speak fluent Polish and have a good level of English/French

Working hours: They will need to work in several shifts from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 till 22:00 They will try to schedule these shifts over 5 consecutive days. If they need to work on a Sunday there will additional salary (as stated by Spanish law)
