In the last year we have quickly grown to a international team of 29 people in Switzerland and Poland. As we continue scaling up into a global SaaS cybersecurity company, we are looking for a results-oriented, independent and pragmatic Lead Finance and Legal to support our Head of Operations.

Tasks

• Financial reporting to our Leadership team, Board and Investors
• Budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and liquidity management
• Managing customer subscriptions and invoice management
• Defining and measuring KPIs
• Improving our Finance processes (e.g. implementation of new tools, development of our reporting and monitoring system)
• Liaising with our accountant and auditor in preparing our financial statements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or Legal
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual matters
• A high degree of independence and the willingness to take responsibility
• Fast comprehension, high reliability and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
