Description:

Hiring Manager is looking for someone who has SAP experience in project controlling modules; namely "Project systems (PS Module)" and "Sales order Module".

Position requires work from office, with flexible work schedule and hybrid work environment.

Assist in order entry process, for new incoming customer orders Order Entry Support, includes order booking in SAP, managing cost calculations from the quote tool, and uploading BOM in SAP.
Entering sales orders and projects into SAP.
Manage FEED/S and product related projects, with adherence to the PM at guidelines.
Project Cost Controlling and administration for small and N Projects
Adherence e to PM at Guidelines
Support and manage the financial month end closing, project backlog forecasting and planning for all the financial issues related to the income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet.
Assist in Financial Budgeting and project forecasting.
Support and manage the planning, reporting and forecasting of inventory to include monthly actuals reconciliation, including project WIP and accruals.
Cash Flow, NCE, P&L, Balance Sheet Analytics & Variance Reporting.
Asset Management, Accounts Receivable Analysis, CIE/BIE Analysis, Journal Entries.
Monthly project reporting, including project downloads, EAC Templates, report templates, labor reports, etc.
Analyze variances from plans/forecast and recommend actions to maintain and/or improve performance.
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
Attention to detail.
