SAP Systems Analyst Job Description Experience implementing SAP software projects Extensive experience in designing, configuring, testing, documenting, cut-over/go-live, and production support for SAP Skilled in gathering business requirements and designing solutions Able to create use case scenarios and provide training Able to elicit requirements; create functional design specifications, process maps, and test plans; perform system testing, lead UAT, and provide production support Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs Configure SAP systems and modules and provide functional expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data and solutions Have hands-on knowledge and experience of the ERP platform technology Understand key processes and the data required to feed downstream systems in order to deliver a complete, integrated business solution Communicate effectively with the vendor and functional and technical teams Required Skills: Certified SAP professional Experienced in S/4 or HCM or Ariba Functional expertise Experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues Familiarity with Service Desk and Azure DevOps preferred Experience prioritizing work requests ETL experience Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ERP applications Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines Certification in ERP applications with recent experience with 1 or more of the following systems: SAP S/4 Hana HCM Employee Central/SuccessFactors, Kronos (UKG Dimensions), BenefitFocus, Payroll S/4 EAM, MM/IM/FI, Procurement (Ariba), Planned Maintenance
