Your Tasks:

Do you love to identify the needs of your customers and develop the appropriate solutions? Then you've come to the right place! Our mission is to help small and micro businesses build and grow their professional online presence. In our product areas "Sitebuilder, Marketing & eCommerce" (SME) and "Email & Office", you will be largely responsible for the data-driven (further) development of our product ideas and the operation of the applications.You are part of a cross-functional product team and enable data-based decisions for targeted development with your usage and product analyses along the entire customer journey, as well as test and monitoring results.Together with the product owner and UX designer, you create user stories, requirements and concepts to design an optimal customer journey (events, triggers, next best activities, presentation of product KPIs to end users). From the resulting functional and non-functional requirements, you will create a concept for the continuous monitoring of the quality of the provided services based on technical indicators, in close cooperation with software development and test management.You will work with internal and external project partners to develop all the necessary data sources. In doing so, you will act as an interface to sources of knowledge from other stakeholders (data scientists, market research, etc.) and ensure that quantitative and qualitative insights are interlinked.

• Conception and implementation of usage and product analyses, dashboards and reports.
• Provide technical advice to both the development and operations teams, as well as the product management teams.
• You are well connected in the overall context of product development.

We Appreciate:

• You have a strong orientation towards implementation.
• You have several years of experience in the design and implementation of distributed data processing systems or as a big data analyst.
• You have profound knowledge in the development of applications with Spring Boot, Python, SQL, Hadoop & Spark as well as in the use of tools such as Prometheus, Kibana and GIT in a K8s environment.
• You have extensive experience with the analysis of data structures and the development of the necessary algorithms. Ideally, you have already dealt with ideas from the field of AI in this regard.
• You feel at home both in technology (advising DevOps teams) and in business (advising product management).
• You stand out due to your excellent communication skills and can implement and document the requirements you create yourself.
• Fluency in English rounds off your profile.
