As part of the Reference Data Strategy, we are looking for Senior Data Analyst to join an agile squad to help support the renovation of the Wealth Management Product Reference Data system.

Candidates should have hands-on experience working on complex data reconciliation in an Agile environment (preferably for a financial institution).

Daily responsibility:

• Support Product owner for data analysis activities
• Reconcile data across multiple Reference Data systems with different schemas and rules (each containing millions of records)
• Identify trends and present to SMEs and Stakeholders. Using the feedback received, transform findings into written requirements
• Create and document Agile user stories to reflect these requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to Reconciliation data across multiple systems (with different data structure) using SQL and compare to identify trends
• Critical thinking to compare processes and highlight differences/recommend resolutions
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot, Data Clean Up, Formulas)
• Experience performing business analysis and data analysis on reference data attributes (preferably for a financial institution)
• Experience writing Agile User stories
• Experience managing stakeholders including escalating issues to senior management
• Ability to synthetize data and stakeholder feedback into broad themes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability explain concepts in a concise yet comprehensive manner
