We re looking for a passionate, data-driven marketing all-rounder to take charge of our digital marketing for the Netherlands at yfood and serve as the basis for our Dutch-based arm of the Performance Marketing team. Ideally, you enjoy working with a wide variety of digital marketing channels and are looking for a place where you can blend your channel expertise with your strategic ideas. At yfood we believe that goal-setting, resource-unlocking and a hands-on approach is the key to driving great marketing campaigns.
YOUR MISSION
- You are responsible for the KPI-based planning, implementation and optimization of performance campaigns in the area of paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc), Display, Video, SEA, Affiliate, and/or Native to achieve growth and ROI goals
- You will supervise the monitoring and analysis of the performance of campaigns with a focus on prospecting and retargeting in order to derive optimization measures
- Based on company OKR s & market goals, you will work together with the Lead/Senior to develop a multi-channel marketing strategy and execute on your vision
- The continuous conception, implementation and evaluation of A/B and time series tests for advertising media, targeting landing pages, headlines and derivation of recommendations for action is also one of your main tasks
- You'll keep up to date with industry innovations and technologies and test relevant tools and ad formats
- You accompany and support conceptually the creation and further development of advertising media with a focus on video advertising in cooperation with our creative team
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have already gained 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of data-driven online marketing. Ideally spent working with or in Netherlands/Benelux. Experience in people management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch (native) and English (C2)
- You have a degree in (online) marketing, business administration, communication or media sciences
- Ideally, you have experience working with FMCG, DTC, and/or E-Commerce - understanding what customer-facing growth marketing entails
- You work creatively and have an excellent sense of how visual communication impacts performance in advertising
- You have deep expertise in the optimization of paid social channels (especially Facebook), as well as new customer acquisition and retention
- You are very confident in working with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, as well as one of the big E-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify)
- You have experience working with creative teams to conceptualize, brief, feedback, and test out new creative concepts for text-based ads, image, and video creatives
- You are self-organized, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote setting. Ideally, you are a self-starter that can translate top-line goals into your own strategies and tactics - and then able to execute them.
