Process Technician

Duties

• Capable of completing a tryout from process establishment to part qualification.
• Establish processes that will meet internal and customer requirements.
• Determine conformance of product to customer requirements.
• Provide necessary required documentation for set up sheets, startup checklist, first piece approval forms.
• Ensure tool changes are done in a timely fashion and are set up properly,
• Responsible for startup of machine in a timely manner.
• Communicates with strong interpersonal skills in both written/oral forms.
• Support supervisor as needed with manufacturing related tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials/engineering resins
• Minimum of 3 years set-up and processing experience
• Familiarity/experience with aluminum tooling
• Must have the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform all job duties listed above, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to meet all job qualifications for position as listed within the job description and as listed by Manager.
