Sales Team Manager for Web Design Agency

At Linkage Web Solutions, we are looking for a Sales Team Director/Manager. In this role, you would be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, as well as setting appointments with clients. If you have experience in sales and management and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a company, this may be the perfect position for you!

The best person for the job is experienced in cold-calling and has had success with setting appointments in the past, ideally in a call center or boiler room environment.

We need you to work from our Angeles City Office.

Given that all our appointment setters are based in-house at our Angeles City office, it is critical that the Sales Team Director works closely with them to provide guidance and support.

Work Hours

9 pm-6 am Monday - Friday

Pay 

. Initial starting basic salary of ₱30,000 with regular appraisals.

. Earn lots of high-paying commissions for sales, weekly sales spiffs & team overrides.

. Attendance and Quarterly Performance Bonus

.Graveyard shift (our clients are in the U.S.). You will be required to work from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am Monday through Friday Philippine Time from our Angeles City Office.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

1. Supervise a team of agents to guarantee that standards and sales targets are met on a daily basis.
2. The primary goal is to create a team of customer-focused agents who deliver an excellent customer experience through knowledge and open communication with management.
3. You will be responsible for managing team sales, productivity, quality, and service levels. This includes all HR-related issues and staff development.
4. Floor manager who makes sure staff are sticking to their schedule.
5. Must take Ownership and come up with problem-solving resolutions to issues.
6. Call monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
7. Responsible for Training and development of staff.
8. Recommendations for product and process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.
9. Conducting performance appraisal for the team Compiling reports on team performance and customer feedback.
10. Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa.
11. Work closely with team members to solve customer problems.
12. Also needs to understand the agent's problems and weaknesses.
13. Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
14. Responsible for making decisions on training requirements for team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business
