An opportunity exists for an ambitious person to work in a dynamic and flexible environment to assist in the implementation of depositary policy and procedures. Reporting to Supervisor, this position is an opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain exposure to all areas of Trustee and fund administration in a rapidly growing department and changing regulatory environment.
An opportunity exists for an ambitious person to work in a dynamic, flexible environment in a hybrid working model to assist in the formulation and implementation of depositary oversight policy and procedures. Reporting to a Manager, this position is an opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain exposure to all areas of Depositary Oversight experience in a rapidly growing department and changing regulatory environment.

In the role of Trustee Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for:





Job Duties and Responsibilities


Responding to client queries in accordance with Department standards.
Review of distributions paid by funds
Review and comment on draft prospectuses and financial statements Review stale and static pricing reports to check levels held on funds
Review stale and static pricing reports to check levels held on funds
Review of subscriptions/redemptions to check orders placed follow through to payments/receipts into the fund by review of Transfer Agent reports and reconciliations
Check that number of outstanding shares accounted by the fund matches the shares outstanding in the register
Review In Specie Events
Review Fund liquidation before submitting the revocation letter to the CBI
Review and validate loans ownership documents
Escalating issues to senior management


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

Knowledge of the Funds Industry preferred but not essential
Excellent administrative, organizational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Possess excellent organizational, planning and co-ordination skills.
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
