Growth Hacker / Community Manager

80% of Clinical Trials are delayed due to patient recruitment issues. And, at the same time, patients have a hard time finding these Clinical Trials (CT). These delays are costly and hinder faster access to better medication and treatments for society.

Curewiki's mission: Creating the largest platform for volunteers for clinical trials and a
community movement that puts the patient at the heart of research.

Curewiki is looking for a qualified Community manager / growth hacker to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services. If you are a tech-savvy
professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would
like to meet you.

Tasks

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner

Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

• Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
• Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.
• Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
• Conducting research to find new ways to reach target audiences through social media channels, email campaigns, content creation, etc.
• Developing strategies to acquire new customers through existing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO)
• Analyzing data to determine what types of content resonate with target audiences and what types of content do not
• Creating content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, etc. that are relevant to target audiences and can be easily shared across social media platforms
• Creating new content tailored to specific audiences interests and behaviors in order to prompt engagement with Curewiki
• Using data analysis tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and determine growth strategies.
• Coordinating a team of students who will assist you in this job

Requirements

Proven work experience as a community manager / growth hacker

Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent writing skills

Fluent in English, minimal knowledge of French and Dutch, additional languages
are a bonus

Hands on experience with social media management

Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Desire to work in a challenging start-up environment

• Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
• Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
• Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
