Summary / Role Purpose

The ANSYS Licensing team is seeking a Frontend Software Developer to contribute to the development of ANSYS's rapidly-evolving licensing technology. The successful candidate will design and develop UIs frameworks thatsupport new business models and simplify customer interaction with licensing.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Use languages like HTML, css, Javascript to create user-friendly web pages
Maintain and improve Licensing Portal website
Optimize applications for maximum speed
Design mobile-based features
Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability
Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
Write functional requirement documents and guides
Create quality mockups and prototypes
Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies


Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field with five years of experience
Experience with Frontend IDEs and UIs frameworks
Experience with Javascript, NodeJs and VS code
Proficiency inthe full software development cycle including unit/integration testing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
Experience creating websites, User Interfaces and mobile applications.
Experience with Angular
Previous experience with REST APIs usage and execution
Persistent attention to detail
