Your role

For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Telesales Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.

On this project you are the specialist who speaks to the customers of the customer. As an Inbound Telesales agent you will be called and you will speak to (potential) customers and you provide information about devices, subscriptions and other products and services that are offered with the ultimate goal of selling!

Do you like to follow all the ins and outs of the latest devices? Do you like making happy calls instead of a cold sales call? Do you get excited when new apps are on the market and can you enthuse other people about this as well? Do you love advising customers on a suitable subscription and new device?

Do you enjoy advising customers? So a real sales tiger? Then you are the adviser we are looking for!

Profile

Are you the Telesales Agent we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?

• You are service and result oriented;

• You have technical insight;

• You have numerical insight to be able to read and explain invoices;

• You can work and problem solve independenly with a good dose of analytical thinking;

• You have the ability to empathize with your customer.

• You are a good listener and have good communication skills;

• You have a good command of Dutch and English language.

• Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer

• Flexibility and empathy are very important.

• You are looking for a challenging long term position.
