Kronos Project Manager

Role: Project Manager with Kronos (UKG)

Position: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Required Skills:

Must have strong experience with Kronos Advanced Scheduler

Implementing the Kronos platform into new or upcoming projects

Ability to work within a team and independently

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong experience with Workforce Dimensions

Experience working with Workforce Central

Strong knowledge or experience with Timekeeping, Attendance, and Accruals solutions.

Strong background with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Systems

Experience with Forecasting, Budgeting Advance Scheduling

Strong functional experience with all MS Office Products

Ability to present well for internal and external staff and clients

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong experience with Project Management tools/methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of one or several of the following: Ceridian Dayforce, Quinyx , (Reflexis (Zebra), Legion, WorkJam.

Working knowledge of database design and business intelligence tools for the purpose of documenting and communicating requirements
