Description :
- Ensures that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with OKRs
- Provides backlog management, refinement, planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Analyzes user behavior together with the research team
- Ensures user stories are ready for development to start work
- Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Gathers, manage and prioritizes the backlog
- Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise
- Tracks progress towards towardease of a product
- Develop strong, collaborative, cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and gain knowledge of systems, tools, networks, technologies
Requirements :
- At least 2 years experience working as a Product Owner
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process processesnciples
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and leadership skills, possibly including some user interface documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker
- Attention to detail (if you and #x27;re reading this, that and #x27;s a good sign - please mention it in the interview)
- Demonstrated success in releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with development teams
- Deep knowledge of SalesForce
- MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field (preferred)
