Are you a versatile individual capable of juggling both audio production and leadership responsibilities in a technological department? If so, we would love for you to join us here at OrangePeople. As an Audio Engineer, you would work to enhance audio functions, lead processes such as Spec Review, and conduct different tests to ensure quality production. Job Responsibilities:
- Enhancing audio function/features based on customer's feedback.
- Analyzing current audio functionality and provide proposal for KAIZEN.
- Manage equipment setup, vehicle testing and perf testing.
- Initial triage & follow up activities for any detected issue/customer reported issue.
- Responsible for spec review, End to End test coverage analysis and enhancements test planning, execution, and reporting defect escalation to appropriate teams.
- Responsible for creating test cases from scratch or modifying existing test case for additional requirement.
- Conducting Life-cycle test, End to End test and Final confirmation test.
- Working on agile work environment.
Skills/Qualifications:

*Required:
- 2+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance of head unit systems, preferably (related but not limited to) Bluetooth, apps, handsfree calls and navigation functions.
- Experience with agile and waterfall development cycles.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment including multiple parties such as team members, business partners and external suppliers.
- Experience in scripting (including, but not limited to JavaScript, Python, LabView) and testing is plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
