100% Remote, est CST candidates only
Skills - Previous development experience, Kanban, Agile, sAFE, , Insurance domain not mandatory

Rate -70 c2c

USC GC

Duration - 12+ months, long-term, c2c

Scrum Master - 10+yrs ONLY

Mandatory Skills:

About 9+ yrs experience as a Scrum Master. Kanban/Agile/Scrum.
Previous development experience
Experience working in SaFe methodologies.
Experience handling multiple projects with at least 20 team members
Running daily scrums (Offshore/Onsite teams)
Create Burndown charts
Business interaction
Strong, effective communication skills.
JIRA/Confluence experience

Scrum master preferred with:

Bright / Sharp problem solver attitude
Able to coordinate and navigate with Tech teams
Understanding of high level tech stacks used in the project- FE/ BE
Third party tech dependencies etc
High Energy, Ability to work in an aggressive fast paced environment
Good on Agile concepts & releases
