Intern- After-sales Service System Support - Germany

Being an After Sales Service System Support is an exciting task since you are the superhero, our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

• GSP system maintenance and function development:

Help maintain the operation of GSP system, solve system bugs; contact headquarters and track the development and optimization of system functions

• Ticket management:

Regularly analyze ticket data and make reports to support other teams' business management

• GSP account management:

Help manage the GSP accounts of employees and service providers, create/modify accounts, and update account information

• Project / Serial number information maintenance:

Regularly collect and update project/serial number information, especially warranty information, help to build and improve the database

• System training:

Organize system training, edit and output training materials to help colleagues understand the system in depth

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for
you to have:

• Strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient, attention to detail, strong communication skill
• Professional background is not limited, experience in using SAP or other after-sales service system is preferred
• English in C1 & above, German in B2 & above
• Good Microsoft office (mainly Excel) skills
