In-House Accountant

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing financial budgets, reports and forecasts
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of AR, AP, invoicing, billing, payroll and tax filings
- Play a key role in inventory and resource management process
- Work directly with President and CFO to analyze and continuously improve financial controls, systems and processes

Education and Experience

- Minimum 2 years accounting and bookkeeping experience. Construction / manufacturing background considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years Quickbooks & ERP experience
- Must have post-secondary education in accounting
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of EDI via FTP preferred
