Bluetooth / RF Engineer, Wireless/IoT, Electrical

To ensure product reliability and compliance, T V Rheinland Japan offers a variety of wireless communication certification services. In this position, you will first work as a member of the Bluetooth certification team, and will be responsible for the certification and certification of the main players in wireless/IoT communication devices.

Tasks

• Certification of wireless/IoT communication devices
• Costing and project scheduling for certification testing (wireless, profiles, protocols)
• Liaison with national and international (North America, China, Germany) sales teams and laboratories
• Customer relations and marketing support, including sales support

Requirements

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• Design of wireless communication equipment at electrical equipment/industrial equipment manufacturers or TIC (testing, inspection, and certification) companies Experience in development/testing/certification, experience in certification work
• Experience with measurement equipment, Bachelor or Master degree in telecommunications engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of test methods for wireless equipment.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Experience in English at a working level (reading English standards, e-mail, internal and external correspondence, English conversation skills required)
• Business level of Japanese
• PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
• Desirable experience and knowledge

Knowledge of wireless technology and Bluetooth.

Knowledge of radio laws and certifications in various countries.
