[NDK] IT Support

Position summary.

Due to the continuing growth, Nidecker Group is looking for someone to join us as IT Support. This person will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving all aspects IT for our Headquarters. The Nidecker Group HQ is located in Rolle - Switzerland on the French-Swiss Riviera, close to the Lake Geneva and the Alps.

The Group manages some of the best snowboarding brands in the world, such as Nidecker, Jones, Yes, Now & Flow and works with 60+ distributors in 40+ countries.

Tasks

What we are looking for:

• Someone who will be responsible with providing IT assistance to all employees
• Someone who is a good communicator to train end-users on hardware and relevant software functionality
• Someone who is at ease in updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems when necessary
• Someone who is curious and always staying up to date on technological advancements and trends in IT support
• Someone who ensures system security creating policies for materials used as well as documenting processes

Requirements

What you should bring to the table:

• You are familiar with MS Exchange and Google Suite
• You are fully capable to set up Mac and PC for our people
• You are familiar and able to manage and maintain our domains
• You are familiar and able to manage and maintain our servers
• You have security knowledge and implementation experience. This is a plus but not a need to have
