infacto is the overarching platform for efficient healthcare management for B2B and B2C customers. It enables smooth processes from booking a (COVID)-test to running criteria-based access controls and, furthermore, allows for an encompassing documentation of test and health records, all in one app!

Tasks

• You coordinate the development of the infacto app (iOS and Android) and ensure that all internal and external forces tasked with technology and software development are well aligned regarding work packages and development guidelines
• Thinking entrepreneurially, you are able to prioritize work packages in alignment with the product-market fit to deliver the best product to the customer
• Embracing agility, you take responsibility for a timely, pragmatic, and error-free processing of work packages and drive the end-to-end implementation of complex user stories into performant applications
• You report directly to the CTO and are at the core of the infacto organization
• You collaborate closely with infacto's Product Owners and DevOps, disseminating and implementing key technical decisions in the development sphere
• In your technical leadership role, you guide the team in all aspects, such as corporate or personal development, ensuring long-term buy-in from the workforce
• Working with the diverse teams at infacto (incl. UI/UX designers) ensures your exposure to new facets of our business, enabling you to impact the overarching corporate strategy

Requirements

• You have studied computer science (or a comparable course of study) or completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and have at least 4 years of professional experience as a tech lead, ideally in a startup and/or health-tech environment
• Your sound understanding of cross-platform (react native), iOS (e.g. Swift, Flutter, Objective-C, UIKit, CocoaTouch, CocoaPods) and Android (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Flutter, Android Studio) development helps you to best support the development team and guide their work in a direction that aligns with the company's vision
• You are knowledgeable about software architecture (e.g., MVVM) and are experienced in working with APIs (e.g., JSON, REST, OAuth, TLS)
• Scrum and agile working methods form parts of your work-related DNA
• With your "can do" attitude, you succeed in getting the team to overcome seemingly impossible challenges
• You manage to solve practical challenges through technical features and enjoy designing user-friendly state-of-the-art features
• You have interest in new technological developments and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with exciting colleagues

This position requires physical presence in Athens, Greece. Occasional remote work is
possible.
