(Senior) Customer Roll Out/ Technical Project Manager (M/W/D)

Tasks

WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR:

• Your core task is to lead our customers' projects to success together with your interdisciplinary team at eye level with agile principles.
• You organise and execute the implementation of our solution for our customers
• You coordinate and monitor the delivery planning of our products to our customers with the dedicated services
• You coordinate and execute the customization of our products for our customers
• You ensure the quality of service on the accounts and the compliance with contractual commitments
• You take on the assessment, communication and mitigation of risks as well as target-group-specific communication (project sponsor, project participant, senior management, possibly management of affiliated companies)
• You take on project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates

Requirements

• You have at least 3(+) years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment
• You are experienced in agile project and stakeholder management, live agile values and principles and have already worked successfully with Scrum or Kanban.
• Business thinking, decision-making and responsible action are a matter of course for you.
• You are experienced in requirements engineering (including user stories, epics).
• You are analytical, data-driven and solution oriented
• You are interested in blockchain technology and have a strong affinity for internet technology
• You have Excellent communication skills and speak english fluently
