Banking | Head Legal & Compliance | Vaduz | Perm. | 100% | Nov. 2022 | CHF 160 000+

Tasks

• Coordinate with key stakeholders across locations and business areas on various topics
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement measures
• Responsible for the due diligence towards the authorities
• Risk review of new clients and complex structures
• Draft and implement legal directives

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Min. 5 years of PQE in a management position
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Legal degree, additional certifications are an advantage
• In-depth experience with compliance and banking laws and regulations (CH & LIE)
