Senior Global Recruiter

Tasks

• Full-cycle recruitment across MGID s global roles (USA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions);
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Scaling and improving recruitment department s policies and operations for international hiring;
• ATS operations and data collection;
• Salary negotiation and employment offers;
• Market research;
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Requirements

• International experience of at least 2 years in recruitment;
• Strong communication skills;
• Positive mindset;
• English-upper-intermediate.
