What a Service Quality Operations Assistant does here at Sungrow you might ask? Well, let`s dive right in:

• Invoice management

After the sales order is created, check the completeness of the order information (customer information, payment terms, etc.), and then issue an invoice in the system according to the contract payment terms and send it to the customer by email. At the same time, it is necessary to record the relevant information, such as customer name, contract subject, order number, product category, payment terms, contract amount, currency, VAT rate, date of related documents, etc.; Track customer payment by an invoice redemption period

• Business process management

Assist the Quality Operations Manager to complete compliance testing (monthly/quarterly) of the service business process, including selecting test samples, checking whether the samples meet the process requirements, and documenting the results and reasons

Your profile

• patient, strong sense of responsibility, able to do the daily tedious operational work
• professional background is unlimited
• fluent English and Chinese, another European language eg. German is a plus
• could workd at least 20h/week, ideally 40h/week
