Sales Management Assistance (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

As an assistant to the division management in the Cloud Sales division, you will support and relieve the division in a wide range of organizational and content-related topics in an international environment.

• As an organizational talent, you will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring appointments as well as reliably preparing and following up on appointments (minutes, resubmission, requesting and compiling meeting documents).
• In addition, you will support the Sales Manager in preparing the content of product-specific topics.
• You organize and coordinate business trips and internal events and prepare presentations and decision papers for meetings and lectures.
• You represent the company in dealings with business partners at home and abroad.
• You support the control of the departmental budget and the auditing of accounts.

We Appreciate:

You bring a commercial education or a similar qualification and have sound professional experience in a comparable function. In addition, you bring with you:

• Structured and independent way of working as well as flexibility in dealing with rapidly changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external contacts at various levels as well as a representative and engaging appearance.
• Accuracy and reliability, even under heavy workload and when dealing with sensitive data.
• Structured, comprehensible and visually appealing presentation of complex facts and calculations.
• Self-evident handling of the internet and MS Office products as well as good English skills. Cloud know-how is an advantage, but not mandatory.
