Our mission: help startups avoid getting hacked!

Escape is a French cybersecurity start-up that simulates cyberattacks, based on ArtificialIntelligence, to detect security flaws before hackers can exploit them. Its platform is already used by thousands of developers.

Founded in 2020, the company has already raised $1.6 Million and has successfully positioned itself as one of the most promising European cybersecurity start-ups in winning the Grand D fi Cyber delivered by Bpifrance and the ANSSI. Meanwhile, the start-up also received the X-Grant Silicon Valley Prize that fostered its entry into the international competition game as a major security provider.

After 2 years of R&D, Escape has finally launched its full product and has signed multiple clients in less than 2 months. The company is scaling rapidly in a fast-paced environment and aims to become the international leader in API security in the years to come.

The founders graduated from Polytechnique & HEC (CTO) and ENSTA & HEC (CEO). Both finished their studies in the United States at the University of California, Berkeley. The rest of the team is composed of passionates who come from the most prestigious French Universities: cole Polytechnique, T l com Paris, HEC Paris, Sciences Po Paris

Escape is now recruiting its talented Sales Manager, be the next one!

Tasks

As Head of Sales, you will have a key role in improving existing sales processes and managing the sales team. You will spend time on:

  • Collaborating directly with the CEO on sales (budget planning for sales) and reporting to him regularly (analytical KPI reports, new market studies, strategic planning)
  • Leading strategic sales initiatives as well as business review sessions
  • Build and scale Escape's Sales and Growth teams throughout the world, setting monthly, quarterly and annual goals for them and ensuring these are reached
  • Designing and/or improving lead generation and sales processes
  • Preparing and operating new international market entrances
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities, providing detailed sales forecasting

Requirements

  • You have had previous sales experiences in startups or in the SaaS industry
  • You have had previous experiences managing a sales and growth team
  • You graduated with a Masters degree in Business
  • Proficiency in Excel, in data and financial analysis, CRMs, lead generation and sales acceleration softwares
  • You are fluent in both French and English
  • You are a (very) quick-learner

  • You are able to successfully navigate in a tech environment
  • You are used to communicating with C-Level software managers and developers
  • You know SaaS sales processes, how to build and grow them
  • You have a product-oriented mindset
  • You are a self-starter and able to take initiative
  • You are organized and efficient
  • You have a strong team spirit (and love to grab a drink after tedious work )
  • You are ambitious
