Tasks

As a Head of Webshops (m/f/d) you will build the department's strategy, plan, develop, and execute content plans; Oversee the generation of promotional materials and campaigns; Monitor performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance.

• Recruit, manage and develop a world-class webshops e-commerce team
• Full responsibility for our ESN, More Nutrition and other webshops
• "Run-the-shop": leading the daily operations of our webshops, including weekly promotions
• "Build-the-shop": continuous development of the webshops, e.g. identifying new features as well as implementing them with our technology team, improving UX/UI, developing relevant KPIs, managing external agencies

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the management of high-volume webshops, preferably D2C
• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on marketing or computer science, or comparable training
• Sound knowledge in "best in class" webshop technologies, design principles/standards and always up to date on the latest trends in online marketing
• Fluent in German and English
