Assistant Executive Housekeeper - New Opening Roma - Lazio

• Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
  
• Handling complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy
  
• Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
  
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
  
• Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with standards
  
• Manage monthly inventories and control stock levels
  
• Running daily spot check quality control
  
• Manage lost and found items
  
• Controlling daily the laundry delivery, linen & staff uniforms
  
• Make sure third part laundry service company are performing always impeccable
  
• Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper

Requirements

• High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus two years of housekeeping experience, including previously position as Assistant or Supervisor roles
  
• Must be able to speak English & Italian language
  
• Leader with emotional intelligence skills
  
• Passion for the hospitality field and excellence in luxury service
