Inhouse Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d)

This privately-owned company has been around for almost 100 years and has a wide range of products and systems for customers in their industry. With currently just under 3,600 employees, they currently deliver their products to over 130 countries!

This position is in the "Digital Solution Department" and you and 3 other internal Salesforce colleagues are responsible for Salesforce.

Sales Cloud and Pardot are mostly already implemented, here you will be responsible for the optimization and innovation of those products. Service Cloud is starting to get rolled out in EMEA in July 2022.

Tasks

• Manage international Salesforce Rollout
• Establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities
• Act as liaison between Business Partners, IT-colleagues and external implementation partners to implement and adapt Salesforce solutions in a highly integrated system landscape (SAP ERP, SAP CDC, SAP Commerce)
• Create and hold user trainings
• Setup and lead workshops
• Work up the backlog and implement changes yourself
• Coordination and implementation of new functions
• 2nd level support

Requirements

• Around 2 years experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant
• Experience working in projects and implementing new processes to facilitate user adoption
• You have knowledge of workflow rules, process builders, permission sets
• Salesforce Certification are beneficial (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience explaining complex requirements and processes to all levels of the organization
• You are a Team-player and love to work in international teams based in different locations
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Mobile working (meaning you can work outside of Austria) on average 2 days per week, or 8 days per month
• Based on the Austrian market the Salary depends on the individual profile and qualifications but can be around 55-85.000,- EUR
