Apotheker/Pharmacist - Pharmacy Mail-Order Operations Director (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Build up and lead MYA s pharmacy mail-order operations
• Develop the pharmaceutical part of the mail-order logistics concept together with the warehousing/logistics team, including automated dispensing and pouchpacking solutions (medicijnrol)
• Develop the quality management concept and constantly ensure compliance of our operations with all internal and regulatory standards
• Recruit and build the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians

About the role

We are currently in the process of building up our pharmacy mail-order operations for the German market in the Netherlands. This role comes with the tremendous opportunity to join the organisation at an early stage, thus to quickly grow into a senior leadership role and also to participate in the financial success of our stock option program.

The location of our pharmacy is in Venlo (NL), which is 50min from Eindhoven.

Your profile

• Degree in pharmacy, very good academic track record. PhD or MBA are a plus
• Registered pharmacist in either the Netherlands or Germany.
• At least 4 year work experience
• At least 2 years experience from pharmacy mail-order or similar settings (wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, central fill, pouch packing, pharmacy chain management)
• Experience with quality management, GMP or GDP
• Leadership ability and at least initial track record from leadership roles
• German language skills are desirable
