Backend Developer (F/M/D)

As a Backend Developer in our team, you ll have the chance to grow as an individual without making career compromises, and help to shape the development and the team into a larger organization.

Tasks

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• End-to-end. You own the development problems from the concept to the delivery phase of the product development lifecycle.
• Collaboration first approach. Team up with the designers and product managers to create the best possible implementation that scales long term and provides a great user experience.
• Quality in mind. Everything we do is with quality in mind. You would help us to keep the quality of the mountain high level.
• Commitment and ownership. We strongly believe that time estimates are harmful, so we don't do them. When a team commits to something, it's your responsibility as part of the team to give your best to make it happen.
• Automate and forget about it. We like to use the DevOps mindset to automate the boring part of the work so we can focus on delivering value to our users. You would help us to improve in that field.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• You are a Backend Developer with 2+ years of working experience in the trenches preferably located in Osijek or any other city in Croatia.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the C# programming language.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the .NET Core framework and its components.
• You know how to write performant SQL queries and how to design optimized database structures.
• You have a desire to constantly evaluate the current development workflow and help us fine-tune it with your valuable feedback.
• You are a team player.
