Business Development Intern – Strategy/ Sales/ Operations.

As a Business Development Intern, You will be given the opportunity to shape a company's future. You'll work closely with your Managing Director on developing strategic and operational aspects that drive success in Singapore and Germany.

You're encouraged to take initiative during this internship as we all know there are no boundaries when it comes time for new ideas!

Tasks

Your Task

• You are closely involved in the planning, initiation, and operational implementation and documentation of company-wide operations.
• You will independently drive the development of various
  operations, sales, and financial evaluation as well as report of the brands performance monthly.
• You supervise your own projects and are responsible for regular reports such as sales reports.
• You support in crucial ad-hoc projects and be the first point of contact of our customers.

Requirements

• You are studying business development, finance, economics or (international) management at a local university. You have experience in management consulting, investment banks, M&A, Private Equity or in a tech/start-up company.
• You have an excellent
  customer service and people skills, in which you have wide job experiences as a student from the service sector such as food delivery, caf staff, cashier, sales assistants, receptionist and/or packing staff.
• You have an interests in lifestyle topics such as sports, fashion and beauty.
• You are able to critically question the status quo and re-design business processes and approaches from scratch through your methodical problem solving skills.
• You think and work in an analytical and
  structured way and have a "do-er" mentality.
• Great skills with Microsoft Office to G-SUITE. You can work
  between the hours of Singapore and Germany.
• If required, you are to travel within Europe and/or Singapore. For Candidates in Germany
• You are fluent in German and English. Additional
  European or Asian Language is a plus.
• German-Based
  Students with a Wirtschaft Fachhochschule or completed Abitur are welcome to
  apply.

For Candidates in Singapore

• You are fluent in English and at least one National Language, Mandarin, Malay or Tamil. Additional Language such as German is a plus.
• Singapore-Based Students with a Business Diploma from
  a local Singapore Diploma Schools, completed A Levels or International Baccalaureate, are welcome to apply.
• If you have just completed National Service and/or
  waiting the next University or tertiary education, are welcome to apply.

The internship is also possible as a working student (20h/week).
