Job Description:

This is a project to rebuild a business application used in a core system (insurance claim payment system) for a major non-life insurance company.Develop from scratch using Java.Through this reconstruction, we aim to improve the experience (CX) of insurance company system users.

Responsibilities:

As a leader of a small team of about 5 people:

• Vendor control
• Review of various deliverables (design documents from vendors, test specifications, etc.)
• Using the prescribed format, reports to the company and customers
• Clients Communicate with the team leader to confirm requirements, coordinate requirements, manage issues, manage schedules, manage risks, and report progress.
• It is possible to advance your career to a project leader or project manager by performing team management and vendor control within a large-scale project.

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more Java development experience
• Problem management, risk management experience
• 1 year or more experience as a manager in a small team (assumed to be 3 to 5 people)
• Proactive communication
• Native Japanese level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience taking responsibility for deliverables in development projects (regardless of scale).
• Business-level English skills (reading, writing, speaking)Due to potential collaboration opportunities.
