Responsibilities:
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Customer management (wholesaler / retailer level)
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships ((wholesaler / retailer level) by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
• Plan and manage the implementation of sale activities, promotion activities, field demos in compliance with company goals & strategies.
• Identify New markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
