Responsibilities:
• Documents management. After closing or during the course of a transaction, significant work is required to organize the documents according to their priority and significance.
• Handling, filing and organizing of significant documents.
• Limited review of news portal (watch out for important pieces of news).
• Handling limited translation requests.
• Handling limited correspondence.
• Assisting in producing PowerPoint presentations, if required.
• Assisting in completing time sheets.
• Other routine secretarial works, such as Photocopying, printing and other secretarial work.
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Handle catering arrangements for meetings and visitors.
• Preparing, managing, Drafting and formatting of office correspondence, memos and forms.
• Assist partners with all related secretarial work.
