As a Customer Adviser, you will have a natural flair for customer service, building key relationships, processing orders, resolving queries and general administration duties. We are looking for a driven person who loves providing the best service to the customers.
Salary: Competitive salary of 20-23k per annum with great company benefits.
Role includes but is not limited to the following:
Working as part of a team to support clients with their orders, deliveries, queries and sending out samples
This is a busy role with an upbeat, positive and professional environment. This is not a call centre; it is working for a business that prides itself on providing excellent and efficient service
Answering inbound customer service calls as well as dealing with email correspondence
To ensure customers are aware of promotions and new product launches
Query resolution building relationships with customers and suppliers
Building an excellent rapport with customers delivering a 1st class service
Will forward any non customer service calls to the relevant department
Deal with technical information and queries
Completing all relevant paperwork and administration
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
As a client support role, a high standard of confidence through communication is required
Be polite, friendly and informative
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Friendly persona, good at building rapport with customers at all levels
Good level of administrative skills and accurate data entry
