Online Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supports sales team in communicating with customers in accordance with the internal goals, targets, and objectives.
• Develops tools and processes to contribute to greater productivity and efficiency of his team.
• Achieve the pre-set annual sales target.
• Develop a digital roadmap for the business and successfully manages and implements key programs to deliver new functionality supporting acquisition in both the online and mobile channel.
• Develops and owns relationships with decision makers of critical clients.
• Finalize the selling price of every selling item under the company business entity, having them approved by management.
• Conducts market research into trends in the industry and market to ensure the competitiveness
• of SG products.
• Implement the Online Merchandising Strategy, Unified Online Standards (UOS), and marketing and product content across Business Services websites.
• Align and integrate the sales channels to key business processes (Events, Promos & Range.).
• Leading related departments (quality. Production, accounts) through an organized & timed agenda in order to reach a plausible conclusion safeguarding the company's business interest
