Nurse

Responsibilities:

Contribute to service excellence culture, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service

Adhere to specified policies, standards and procedures to prevent and reduce wastage of financial resources and escalate associated risks

Contribute to the successful implementation of change initiatives by providing support in area of specialisation

Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement

Comply to governance, compliance, integrity & ethics processes and procedures in area of specialisation and continuously identify and escalate risks

Provide relevant information for clients and staff to make informed decisions (where relevant)

Build relationships with key role players: Sales Consultants, QA department, Management team, Administration team, Chief Medical Officer (Re-insures), Medical Underwriter / Consultant (Re-insures)

Requirements

Business Hours Role (will work weekends as well Sat. from 8am -1pm)

Offices based in Cape Town CBD making transport very easy

Job Requirements:

Be registered with SANC as an Registered Nurse

Have at least 3 years nursing experience

Experience in medical ward nursing would be advantageous

Be able to work under pressure

Must have great interpersonal and communication skills

Be well spoken and confident.
