Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure daily sales revenue is compiled and accounted for by item
- Handle events and petty cash claims
- Handling of supplier invoices
- Managing accounts system
- Work with a third-party vendor to manage invoice data and produce P&L and Cash Flow statements
Requirements
Competencies
- Able to extract necessary data and key them in accordingly and accurately
- Drafting of documents
- Gain experience with Accounts Online Systems and database management and record-keeping
- Handling of claims
- How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
- To learn to communicate relevant information clearly and effectively in written and oral communication through proper documentation
Education Qualifications Required
- Preferred Diploma and above in finance/business
- Those without relevant qualifications can also apply
