- Support the implementation of activities under UNICEF-ILO joint programming, and compliance with provision, guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Work closely and follow up with the NSPS Implementation Support Unit (ISU) on initiatives and components led UNICEF.
- Carry out data collection exercises and support with data analysis and report writing activities.
- Contribute to the generation of improved data on the social protection sector and situation of children, including the development of policy briefs on emerging issues.
- Providing technical review of studies and reports with specific focus on the following:
- Project on “Building a Shock-Responsiveness Social Protection System for Jordan”
- Annual Reflection Report on the State of SP Sector in Jordan
- Review and make sure that progress reports are prepared regularly according to the agreed guidelines and coordinated with input from different units and involved stakeholders.
- Produce timely concepts papers, strategic notes, quality briefings, and policy updates related to the social protection sector.
