Relocate to Cape Town Customer Service and Claims Handler (Insurance)


Our client is one of the world s leading medical assistance and claims handling companies, annually processing cases around the globe. They have a unique gateway to a comprehensive worldwide provider network, local know-how, assistance and cost containment for travel insurance, health insurance and corporate companies.


Job Type: On Site | Full-time


Relocation at your own cost

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1)

  • Previous experience in Claims Handling

  • Proactive and performing well under pressure

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training

  • Matric or higher

  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools

  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances or Tourism will be an advantage


Responsibilities

  • Claims services.

  • Answering incoming phone and email enquiries

  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical insurance claims.

  • Efficient "start to end" claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.

  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service

  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team


Benefits

  • Salary: R19 000

  • Medical Aid: Discovery Health, Plan: Classic Smart, R2007, from start of contract (+/-7 days)

  • Pension Annuity: 10% (on top of base salary) after the 6 months employment

  • 21 days of leave

  • Parking

  • 13th check = bonus paid out in birthday month

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
