الوصف الوظيفي
- Exhibit excellent customer service through the daily interaction with internal and external Executive Level Management (C-Suite Level).
- Follow the Pre-Process of handover & Post Process of receiving cars.
- Ensure proper inspection & parking of company vehicle.
- Adhere to the uniform, hygiene, and good ethics as well groomed, professionally representing the company as per the Executive Driver Protocol.
- Drive vehicles safely, follow the highway code, consider road and weather conditions, and be courteous to other drivers.
- Adhere to passenger safety by ensuring that they always wear their seat belts.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading their luggage.
- Answer guests’ questions about the area and local places of interest.
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction, as needed.
- Punctuality to the designated time and place.
- Display good behavior, excellent manners, and a helping attitude.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discreteness in discussions and travels involving the nature of the role, passengers, and destinations.
- Arrange for vehicle care and maintenance (i.e., oil change, tire rotation, cleaning, etc.).
- Maintain awareness of current road systems and conditions by monitoring news and traffic reports and adjusting routes to avoid delays.
- The Executive Driver should be attentive and available on immediate call anytime, including on weekends.
- Drive authorized passengers to meetings and functions in and around Kuwait.
- Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by HRBP.
